We believe every student deserves access to high-quality learning experiences and strong educational systems.
We believe educators and district leaders thrive when they feel supported, empowered, and equipped to lead meaningful change.
We believe data should guide practical, meaningful, and actionable decisions that drive student success.
We believe sustainable change happens through simple, strategic, and intentional practices supported by strong systems.
We believe educational improvement should be sustainable, achievable, and tailored to each school community.
Jennifer Hernandez is an experienced educational leader, strategist, and learning designer dedicated to strengthening educator practice and improving student outcomes through simple, strategic, and sustainable systems grounded in continuous improvement.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has partnered with school systems to strengthen leadership capacity, improve instructional practices, and support meaningful organizational change. As a Performance Management Data Specialist, she partnered with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to pilot Texas Strategic Leadership, a multi-year initiative supporting superintendents and executive leadership teams through executive coaching, strategic planning, and performance management processes.
Jennifer also coached district and campus leaders on instructional systems implementation, facilitated data-informed improvement planning, and supported districts which resulted in significant academic growth, including one district improving its accountability letter grade and another earning all A ratings across every campus.
This work reflects Jennifer’s broader commitment to developing sustainable systems that support both educators and students. In addition, she designed a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) program for a large urban district and led the statewide publication of TEA’s English Learners with Multiple Needs tool, further strengthening her expertise in curriculum support, learning design, and educator development.
Jennifer is passionate about empowering educators and developing leadership systems that create lasting impact. She believes every district—whether serving 700 students or more than 30,000—has unique strengths and challenges, and that manageable change can lead to meaningful results.
